Yes, there are quite a few 24 – hour official event car parks scattered around the ExCeL London area. To secure a car park space at the best available rate, pre-booking online in advance is recommended.

YES! For those with younger children, you may be directed to sit in a specific area of the auditorium to allow you easy access to the auditorium exits and the venue facilities during the Conference sessions.

Please feel free to come with your baby buggy however, kindly note that you will be asked to leave it in a buggy park outside the Auditorium and not permitted to bring it into the auditorium due to space restrictions inside the auditorium, we thank you in advance for your understanding.

Please note that children under 18 months don’t need a ticket.

The Venue’s policy is that under 14s in the seated area need to be with someone aged 16 or over.

Q: Where are the baby changing facilities?
A: There are baby changing facilities on level 0 in both the male and female toilets in the boulevard. In the ICC area (The east end of the venue) the red blocks between S9/S10, N10/N11, the Prince Regent DLR east corridor and East Level 0, the baby change facilities are in the disabled toilets. The family room can be found by S9. Inside has two changing mats, chairs for breastfeeding, a microwave to heat up baby food and a bottle warmer. It also contains a sink and toilet.

Only water will be allowed to be brought into the auditorium.If water bottle refilling station is needed, there are four water refill stations located by the East and West Entrances as well as by the halls S4 and S7.

Food will not be permitted in the auditorium, but for after service convenience ExCeL London has over 40 onsite cafés and restaurants, including numerous concessions within the venue itself. There are restaurants with table-service for more formal dining as well as grab and go options.

We recommend you not bring a bag bigger than A4 paper. If you bring larger bags there are free cloak rooms available for storage.

All participants will have to vacate the auditorium after the morning sessions as most of the Venue staff will be stepped down from work and the auditorium will need to be lightly cleaned ahead of the evening session. The doors will be reopened for the evening session by 5:30pm.
